It's been more than a year since we released GEELZWART and set foot in China for a 10 date tour. So we were reminiscing about our time over there and got to talk about the curious case of The T-Shirt That Never Was.
We designed a shirt specifically for the tour and had it produced in China, but when our order arrived in Beijing it became clear something had gone wrong in translation: the design was printed upside down. It was the Strangest Thing!
It’s a funny story that still gives us a good laugh, but we were also a little bummed that this shirt never saw the light of day. So to commemorate the one year anniversary of GEELZWART and our China tour we have decided to make a very small print run. Since this shirt holds such nostalgic value for us, we are keeping the price down as much as possible, without infringing on the quality.
